Patrick Gallagher, originally from Ireland, spent 16 years on Wall Street in mortgage banking, trading, and credit analysis before transitioning to residential mortgage lending in 2016. Frustrated by the industry’s common pitfalls—where low-rate lenders resulted in poor communication, bad judgement and delayed closings, and better service eclipsed by higher rates—Patrick envisioned a better way. He founded Exhale Lending to bring together the best of all worlds: competitive rates, exceptional service, and a stress-free experience.
